Recruitment of new members for International Exchange Seminar occurs late March every year, and a total of 15 new members are recruited every year. The International Exchange Seminar will be publicized in the International Relations Major Orientation that happens late March, and other International Relations main courses. Those who wish to apply should complete the application posted in the International Relations Major website, and email the International Exchange Seminar application to the coordinator via email. New members are usually selected from the pool of second year applicants who have decided on International Relations as their major, but those third years who wish to participate are allowed to after a brief discussion among the existing members.
